Tasty food and a lovely experience overall. It was my first time noticing a low-vision-friendly cup and saucer—such a thoughtful touch. The color contrast really helps and shows genuine care for accessibility. Very nicely done. Thank you

Evie’s is a cafe I used to walk past for many years, in Bourke St Redfern.. when it was different management, and probably a different name. But it looks different, looks more inviting… there’s lots of room and it feels very pleasant. Don’t let the staff casual and cool attire fool you, they greet you with smiles and welcome you in. They are more akin to Melbourne hospitality. Friendly and professional.. Compared to surrounding cafes, they are a cut above the rest. Now their menu… they have great chefs! delicious choices.. so far every meal I’ve had I’ve thoroughly enjoyed, and have returned for their chilli scrambled with bacon.. so flavoursome. Great salads! I’m so pleased they are in the hood. Love spending time there. The food quality is reasonably priced, which is a draw card.. as I bring my iPad in to sit and write.

Absolutely one of our favourite cafes in Sydney. The food is phenomenal. We aren't locals, but travel to Redfern specifically to have breakfast/lunch here. We have brought our friends and would highly reccomend it to anyone. The staff are always happy to help with our requests, especially Camilla who always has a smile on her face and a warmth to her when she greets you. I would reccomend a favourite dish to try but we can't pick!

On a hot Saturday, it was lovely to escape the heat and enjoy a delicious meal in the air‑conditioning. The Evie’s Zucchini & Corn Fritters were absolutely fantastic. I definitely won’t leave it so long between visits to this local!
